Ok, ok, I know this doesn’t seem like a great deal, but it can be. Here’s why.
Since it’s getting so close to Christmas, Target is offering all sorts of deals on stuff where if you buy specific products, you’ll get free gift cards. Included is everything from basic stocking stuffers (deodorant, hair products, etc.) to bigger stuff like Apple products (purchase an iPod or iPad and receive a $40 gift card!). So, when you do shopping for this kind of stuff, you’ll walk out with a handful of gift cards to boot.
I’m going to approach it like this: I’ll purchase everything that I need and that offers a gift card with purchase at one time; then I’ll use the gift cards to finish up my holiday shopping.
