Save $5 on a Purchase of $30 or More at CVS

I’m not an extreme couponer by any means … mostly because I just don’t have the time. And yes, extreme couponers will tell you that “it doesn’t take much time at all” … but many that I’ve run into consider couponing to be their “job.”

Which is great. But it’s not where I’m at. I still visit certain websites each week and I still buy a newspaper to snag the coupons (plus nab an extra set from my in-laws), but I really only go out on a couponing excursion when the deals are really, really good. And I only shop at a few stores because, frankly, I don’t have the time to visit three or four stores every single week.

CVS is one that I religiously shop at. It’s close to my house, the deals are always really good, and their program is easy to use. If you’re a CVS rewards member, this coupon will be right up your alley. You can save $5 on a purchase of $25 or more through Sunday the 7th.

This is significant for several reasons. #1) CVS is also running a P&G promotion that gets you $10 ECB when you spend $30 (or if you use the coupon, $25) and #2) if you’re a ExtraCare card holder, you can sign up for double rewards (meaning 4% on every purchase instead of 2% … through 12/15).

Chrystie Corns has a good CVS coupon matchup for the week over at her site I Love to Gossip, including links to coupons you can just print to get an even better deal on the P&G products, so if you’ll take advantage of this sale, I’d stop there first.

Then, go get your $5 off $25 coupon for your CVS trip!
