Stainless steel lunch kits are the new plastic lunch box — have you noticed?
First it was thermoses, then water bottles, and now entire lunch kits!! None the less, I love them, even if I do long for my plastic, snap-shut Garfield lunch box I had when I was a kid.
But, stainless steel is durable, handles a beating, and doesn’t break down over time. So it’s a good thing. Not necessarily inexpensive, but good.
Eco Baby Buys is offering a deal on these stainless steel lunch kits until the 17th at 9am EST and giving you the chance to save 40%. Now, they are selling them in individual pieces, rather than as an entire set (which I would personally prefer) but I guess this would give you the chance to just pick up a few pieces.
Choose from soup containers, divided snack containers, and containers that look like they’d hold an entire sandwich. The snack and sandwich container are not water tight, but the soup container is (obviously) and it’s also insulated to keep foods warm.
