One place we use the iPad a lot is in the car. Particularly if we’re going to be in the car for any significant amount of time. And I’ve been meaning to buy a car mount, but just haven’t done it yet.
This one from Best Buy is a smokin’ deal. Normally retailing for close to $60, it’s on sale for $20 at the moment. This is definitely great for those times when your kids want to watch a movie on a car trip and you don’t want them fighting over who is holding the iPad.
Designed to work with the iPad 2 and 3, it simply attaches to the head rest of your front seats. And it swivels for vertical or horizontal viewing.
I don’t know if this same deal is available in-stores or not, and there’s no mention of how long this price will last on the website.
