If you’re currently decorating a nursery, you’re going to need a crib!
While we were waiting for L to make her appearance, we had a hard time deciding if we wanted to do a crib that converted to a regular bed later on. Ultimately, we went for it.
But we did the very basic, very white, IKEA $99 crib … and we love it. But we still had to buy a mattress and follow their goofy directions (that only have drawings) to put the thing together.
Wal-Mart has marked down the Graco 4-in-1 fixed-side crib in several finishes. It also features three different heigh-adjustments for the mattress, so no matter how big or little your babe is, you can set it up at the right height so they won’t climb out (well, at least it won’t be as easy for them to do so). Once they’ve outgrown the crib, convert it to a toddler bed.
This crib normally retails for around $210, so you’re saving about 20%, plus you’re getting the free mattress.
