JCPenney is giving away free haircuts through the month of August for all kids in grads K-6 … it starts August 1st at every JCP salon across the country. And on that day, for every head of hair they trim, they’ll donate $1 (up to $50,000 total) to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and 4-H.
