I know what you’re thinking. “Why on EARTH would she be posting a deal about a SLOW COOKER when it’s 100 degrees outside?!?”
Why, let me answer that for you. It’s actually really simple. Let me elaborate even further. It is 95 degrees here today. We do not have air conditioning (I mean, come on, it’s Maine. It’s only hot a few days out of the year). This morning I put chicken breasts and my special concoction of BBQ sauce + secret ingredients in my slow cooker. By 3pm, it will be done cooking. At which time I will remove it, shred it, and promptly put it in the refrigerator for…….cold sandwiches tonight!
